We offer comprehensive and specialised cleaning services for commercial, domestic and industrial properties throughout the greater Cape Town area including Somerset West, the Winelands and Bloubergstrand. The service includes window cleaning, high cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and aluminium restoration. The teams are intensively trained in health and safety and the cleaning is facilitated using ladder access, rope-access and the water-fed pole system.
We have recently expanded our operations and the Wind-O-Wash Overberg office, centrally situated in Hermanus, has now been in operation for over 14 years and services the Overberg region stretching from Rooi Els to Pearly Beach, including Botrivier and Caledon. Over the past two years they have been able to secure prestigious contracts including Hermanus Golf Club, Huis Lettie Theron, Marine Court and many domestic properties.
Constantly monitoring their various teams to ensure top quality work. Each team has a supervisor, who has a variety of responsibilities, including, adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct of our cleaning teams on site, dress code of our staff members, etc.
Siyabonga Rorwana is our Safety Director and he constantly checks on the teams and advises the supervisors on safety methods. Our supervisors are monitored on a monthly basis and receive comprehensive training in regards with the company code of conduct.
We follow an affirmative action program and are presently 20% black owned and 80% female owned and are a value added Level 4 contributor. We also like to give back to the community and 95% of our Overberg team are employed from the local community of Hermanus in an effort to combat unemployment in the region.
In 1997 we introduced rope access cleaning and have subsequently trained 16 cleaners to become qualified Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 rope technicians accredited by the Institute for Working at Height (IWH).
